Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026

This Disclaimer applies to the website quietluxury.net.nz, operated by Quiet Luxury Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this site you accept the terms below. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

General information only

The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and natural fibres, leather, marble and hand-finished ceramic vary from piece to piece, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Fibre percentages, weights and dimensions are the maker's stated figures.

Not medical advice

Our products are consumer goods for the home and wardrobe. Care instructions come from the maker. Candles must never be left burning unattended, and anything we say about skin, sleep or wellbeing in relation to a fibre or a scent is general information, not medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law, including your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
